All activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use RunAgent to:

Deploy agents that violate any laws or regulations
Create or distribute malicious software or harmful content
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the service for cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your AI agents and code. RunAgent retains all rights to our platform, infrastructure, and proprietary technology. You grant us a limited license to host and run your agents as necessary to provide our services.

7. Billing and Payments

Fees for our services will be charged according to your selected plan. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and may retrieve your data within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

RunAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
